    It's an awesome program, I finished up my 60 days and am now mixing it up w/ P90X, running, etc.

    Please join us on the thread that Jess posted. One must: eat something first. This is not a workout that can be done on an empty stomach.

    This is friggin awesome!! I am on week 6 started Max Intervals and I absolutely love it ! Call "US" insane !!!

    It's a great program. I second Sandy about eating before the workout. Also make sure you have good cross-training shoes, running shoes aren't going to be adequate for this workout. I also recommend extra calf stretches especially at the beginning, there aren't really enough and my calves were extremely sore the first week. It's tough but if you stick with it you WILL improve!
