Okay so ... I have kept New Years' Resolutions for about 5 years straight and I am thrilled.

2005- went back to for a second Master's degree
2006- quit smoking
2007- to be a peace with my in- laws
2008- be more balanced with my family and not sweat the small stuff.
2009- lose 30 pound (lost 33)

I am very excited that I have kept these goals. What should I do for 2010?

that's awesome. You're sure demonstrating your commitment to achieving what you resolve to do!

    hmm..

I think you should resolve to buy 1 million copies of my novel. :)

    haha.

Seriously, how about some kind of exercise goal like compete in a marathon?
  • I say your goal should be to KEEP the weight off and continue living a healthy lifestyle! Also, we could all take an extra moment to appreciate our loved ones.

    Congratulations on your successes!

Maybe... A marathon. I just wish that I liked to run.

You could try C25K. It is very empowering to get you to start running. Then it gets slightly addicting (at least I think so and I am only on week 5).

But great job on keeping your resolutions! :flowerforyou:
