Stick with it ... I lost 40 pounds this year with IF. I consistently lose a pound a week. I have been maintaining for a little while.

I am 5'2 started at 161 now down to 121 from intermittent fasting. Feeling great. I do 5:2 fasting. I have since January 2019. Hoping to get down to 115 this year.

Oh and all of my joint pain is gone from starving the inflamation.

So I have been doing 5:2 fasting since January 1. I lost 40 pounds. Down to a size 0 or 2. The best part is that my body has completely changed. Like it dissolves stubborn fat deposits. I don't think I will ever stop.

jenny I space the days so that i after I eat dinner on Sunday ... I fast for 24 hours until Monday dinner and then Thursday night to Friday dinner.

Trader Joe's cauliflower gnoochi. SOOOOOOOOOOO good and filling. LIke seriously... when you cook them they smell like cauliflower.... when you eat them... they taste like pasta.

I have lost 16 pounds since January 1 doing the 5:2 IF. Not too hard especially when you start having success. It seems like it is really getting rid of my love handles. Even Paleo didn't do that for me.

I just got done the 90-day body revolution. It was great but hurt my knees during the last week. I wish that i had eaten better during the journey because I really didn't lose much weight.

I have done Insanity, p90x and currently Supreme 90 day. 30day is good for the week on vacation or something like that or when limited on time. It isn't easy and you can up the weights but... I am always up for more of a challenge than this one provides.

Well awesome. So I am 5'2' and 139. I want to lose another 20 pounds. I was eating 1200 calories and eating clean since January1. I haven't lost a pound. I am continuing to eat clean but bumped it up 200 calories to see if it would move. NOTHING. I am doing Supreme 90. Any suggestions? This is starting to piss me off.
