I was horrible this weekend but I haven't done that since New Years. It was fun for one weekend. I just had to remind myself that it is so easy to gain a little back at a time. I am back on track again.

I go to the doctor on Thursday. I just wanted to prepare myself in case it was recommended to not workout for a while. I am pissed because I was finally in shape and now I feel like it will take a while to build up again.:mad:

I just had my appendix removed. I haven't been to my follow up appointment yet but I am bummed that I haven't worked out for a week and a half. Does anyone know when it is safe to workout again? I hope it is not too long. :sad:

I just started the Boost your metabolism and No more trouble zones series by Jillian Michaels and I am really starting to see results. I hope it continues. Has anyone had success with these workouts?:bigsmile:

If I do an hour of cardio, should I eat the extra calories? I have been stuck at the same weight for about three weeks and I do not know if I should eat a little more to kick it in gear. I am getting frustrated. I workout for about four hours per week and I have only lost 11 pounds since Christmas. BOO!
