You can start off walking. Get your doctor to help you with a lower calorie diet and put a pedometer in your pocket. See how far you really walk in a day. 10,000 steps is just considered healthy. Put them into cold water just as soon as they are cooked. You might need to boil them a minute less too. Let them sit in the cold water until they are cooled off real well. They should peel okay. I personally think fresh eggs are better scrambled or in omelettes.

Not only do I NOT answer it, when I worked nights I told people that THEY were rude for not being considerate of my hours. It is MY door and I will answer it if I want to. Same with the telephone.
