I'm 49, my daughter is 22. It's been GREAT that we are both working on our health and fitness at the same time. We have a lot of discussion about it, read articles to each other, even go to the gym together once or twice a week. You should encourage her to ride along with you. You ARE practicing what you preach!

Nothing more relaxing to me than to cook a great meal while sipping on a wonderful glass of wine. Weekends allow my husband and I the time to do that. We have no real winter activities so we try to hit the gym one or both days but we sabotage all that with the large rich dinners and wine. Curses!!
