  • You look awesome! Congratulations!!! :) I'm jealous! 90lbs was my original goal and I still have about 20 to go, but it's taken me a few years!
  • Thanks, guys! These are good tips. I thought about bringing my DVDs as I usually do but we'll be on a boat and I think room is going to be kind of limited, especially for jumping around. I'll just have to make sure I'm swimming A LOT. :)
  • Wow! Congratulations! Your hard work obviously paid off! You look great and that's wonderful you are off all your meds.
  • I did a TON of research on the threads on here and Amazon reviews. I got the Polar FT7 and have been happy with it so far. I ordered it through Bodytronics, which several people on here recommended. It was a good bit cheaper than other sites.
  • Like others have said, cardio, I think it goes away with cardio, but maybe try back extensions exercises? I do a lot in my Pilates classes (dart, swimming, etc) and I can already tell a difference. I think it's the combo of the two.
  • CLEMSON! Go Tigers!
  • To me, that's like saying "Well it's only 10 calories, so I just won't log it." You don't always have to go by what anyone says on these boards. You do you! :)
  • @treetop57 - Thanks for all the info! :) You gave me a good reminder. Checking on my Vitamin D levels. I'm always low on that when I go in for my yearly physical. @Aureilie - I found the exact multi I am taking in MFP, so I went ahead and tracked it. I transferred over to MFP from WW and have been trying to keep up with…
  • @rowbseat13, that's exactly my though process. It's so confusing, all the info about them that's out there. It's become habit for me. I started taking them initially b/c of how tired I was and because I was worried I was not getting enough from my diet. Then i started freaking out when I was reading about getting TOO many…
  • LOL @ your first post. ;) I plan on telling my doc what all I'm taking at my next visit. On most days I am getting what I need thru fruits/veggies, etc. but I don't eat perfectly every day, obviously, and just am in the habit of taking my multi.
  • I am obsessed with this website. I haven't made a thing on there that turned out poorly. Everything tastes GREAT. When I was doing WW, I was trying stuff from their community/recipe database + hers and the WW recipes never came close to how good Gina's food is.
  • Woah, that's a rough schedule. So, are you sleeping a full 8 hours after you get home from the gym?
  • haha! You guys will get the hang of it. I don't get EVERY step perfect, by any means. The models energy levels & the fact they never break a smile..either inspirational or irritating? I LOVE Leandro though. He cracks me up. I think that Cardio Axe, Bum Bum can obviously easily be entered in as cardio, but i'm still not…
  • I was NEVER a runner. I downloaded the Couch to 5k app on my phone & completed it this summer. I run on my treadmill and usually watch TV but I find I can go faster/longer when I'm listening to music. I'd also rather have a pap smear than run, but it's a quick, easy way to burn calories and get your cardio in. I agree w/…
  • I bought my BBL set used off Craigslist. I saw horror stories from people on Amazon who'd ordered.... :(
