I'm trying to figure out how to log the Brazilian Butt lift workout, "Sculpt". It's about 35 minutes of strength training and 15 minutes of ab/floor work. I didn't count the reps so I have no clue & wondered how to do this? The other workouts are easier to log...
I just finished week #2 of Turbo Fire and have my next consecutive 10 weeks planned out. But during what would be week #7, I'm going on a weeks vacation. So when I get back home, do I start #7 or do I need to go back and do some of the "beginner" ones?
