Favorite Fitness Apps (iPhone)

I was wondering if anyone had any must have apps they'd like to share with me?

I already use MFP, Nike+ for my runs and the free Jillian MIchaels Slim Down, but I'm looking for some extras that I can use at home (I don't belong to a gym, but I do have dumbells, stabliity balls, resistance, tubes, etc.).

I just spent 20 minutes reading articles I found online, but I am not sure. I kept seeing good things about iFitness, but it seems to be geared for gym goers or owners of heavy type gym equipment.

There are so many options...a little overwhelming. Any tips?

    I like the 5K runner app. It's the couch to 5k program, progressively getting you running a 5k without stopping.

    NTC (Nike training club) designed specifically for women. Its absolutely fantastic. Comes with videos to show you how to do each exercise and you can gain reward workouts with every session you do.....The 15 minute ab workout is a killer!!! Oh and it's a FREE APP!! :) Also you don't need wifi to make it work.
