Logging in DVD Workouts - Brazilian Butt Lift

I'm trying to figure out how to log the Brazilian Butt lift workout, "Sculpt". It's about 35 minutes of strength training and 15 minutes of ab/floor work. I didn't count the reps so I have no clue & wondered how to do this? The other workouts are easier to log...

You can multi add each strength training exercise and then create your own exercise if you want....like you do for meals so you can add it easily next time.
I'm doing the BBL, too, but only add the cardio work. How are you adding cardio, like the bum bum, and cardi axe?0 -
I did the cardio axe this morning and logged it as aerobics, but I moved the default calorie count down because I'm not so bouncy as those ladies on the DVD!0

I'm logging under aerobics, too, high impact. Toward the end of cardi axe I just stood there staring at my screen in complete confusion. Every time I think I'm catching on he adds a step. I just started, cardio axe was a first for me today, so I know ill cath on - I hope.0

Ahahaha no kidding! That last combo is like....what...the...????? It's really hard for me because I have bum knees and thick carpet so those turns are a no-go, and trying to catch up after you miss one is all but hopeless.0 -
haha! You guys will get the hang of it. I don't get EVERY step perfect, by any means. The models energy levels & the fact they never break a smile..either inspirational or irritating? I LOVE Leandro though. He cracks me up.
I think that Cardio Axe, Bum Bum can obviously easily be entered in as cardio, but i'm still not sure how to get an accurate read on the strength exercises without counting each set of reps.0 -
