  • I started T25 last night but plan to get caught up this weekend. I didn't realize how bad of shape I had gotten into until I worked out again for the first time in like 4 months =/
  • Definitely need more information here. If you are not counting calories then like many others have said you are definitely putting in more than you think you are. Also, when you say you exercise enough to be sore what are you doing for exercise?
  • I received support to a certain extent as I was losing weight, however as soon as I lost 40+ lbs my husband and I completely changed relationships. We went from having a decent relationship to not having one at all. I think it is important to discuss with your partner if you losing weight will negatively affect your…
  • Maybe not completely back yet but I gave up for a long time! Down 60 lbs now and not going to give up. Your body is a miraculous thing, it will do what you want it to as long as you keep going!
  • Don't drink beer near as often anymore, as for wine? Had a bottle last night. lol

  • Feel free to add! I'm 5'7", starting weight was 235 - currently sitting at 174. Random sense of humor as well.
  • I am 5'7"... Started out between 235 and 245... Size XL or XXL shirt and size 13 or 15 jeans. Now I am 174 and in size L shirt and size 10 jeans which are too big now.
  • Been there, done that. Reoccurred. 9 months preggo, on my due date to be exact, I had to walk a mile alone back to the car in a sketchy neighborhood because he wanted to go party with friends instead of be home and sober in case I went into labor. 2 years later probably getting a divorce.
  • Agree with this 100%! When I started Insanity I was also doing P90X3 and focusing more on protein than carbs, it took a week for my body to give me the big F* you and decide it was too exhausted. You don't have to stick directly to the guide, but I highly suggest you figure out what works for your body and go with that!
  • I jump into bed every night. Have since I was little because for some reason it freaks me out that something or someone is going to grab my foot if I leave one down. All doors must be closed when I go to bed, if not I see shadows that really aren't there until I do get up and close it. Before getting into my car I always…
  • LOVED FWB. Definitely suggest Stewbies for a place to eat. Its very low key but probably my favorite place to eat the entire week we were there. It was close enough to Destin to be able to travel there if we wanted something more specific.
  • I totally want to do a tough mudder at some point! I trained for a 5k and my next goal is to complete a 10k... we will go up from there!!
  • I tried it... have seen plenty of people with major success doing it! It just wasn't for me. I noticed myself getting more agitated and cranky than the norm. But I highly recommend if you are looking into it then join some of the groups to read more about it. Depending on what type of IF you want to look in to there are…
  • Great news! I always enjoy reading useless information from men that look as if they spend more time on their hair than I do mine. Insanity is possibly the best workout I have ever had. Hard on knees? Yeah I supposed unless you do the moves as intended. Now please go on and explain how weights are the real reason I have…
  • Do you go to a gym for your workout? Or maybe have access to a sauna? This normally helps to relax my body a little more than it would normally before or after a workout to help with soreness if needed.
  • Honestly? I normally go to bed around 11:30pm and am back up and going between 4:30am - 5am. But my body is able to fully function off of 5 hours of sleep.
  • For the most part I have learned to love the pain... If my body is not sore the following two-three days after a workout then I did not push myself nearly hard enough.
  • There are so many factors that aren't stated. How tall are you? According to your ticker on your profile you weigh like 160 lbs? Therefore 19 lbs since January is pretty good. Why are you so emotional? Is Aunt Flo visiting? Would make sense with a 3 lb gain.
  • I do believe this post made me LOL. Sign me up for a new one too!
  • I am pretty surprised! I expected to read this and everyone to blame others for their lack of self control! Glad so many proved me wrong!
  • I use a very similar recipe! One thing I have found that helps it to cook quicker and more thorough is to drain the cauliflower after steaming it with a towel. This keeps it from retaining too much water for me.
  • >>> My dear friend, Kazimierz, left me because he wanted me to be thinner and I would like to be thinner so that people will no longer be disgusted by me and so that I can feel better about myself. Sounds to me like you need new friends. Surround yourself with positive people who aren't *kitten*.
  • Amazing accomplishment! You just helped to give me hope that one day I will run a half marathon! Running my first 5K this month!
  • I would say figure out if it is your head or your body saying you can't do it! I am also on week 7. I have asthma and the day it told me to run 20 minutes I was thrown for a loop, however I did it. Of course I looked on MFP for motivaiton and saw where someone had said, "when you feel like quitting figure out if it is your…
  • 1. Going from a size 14/16 to a single digits (currently in an 8) 2. Wedding ring which was once too tight now falls off 3. None of my clothes are tight anymore 4. No more double chin! 5. Running for 35 minutes straight!
  • Works out/ but looks very serious
  • I would suggest to start with a program like C25k for cardio. As far as your pace, everyone is different. My normal pace is 4.0, I am 5'7" however I know people my same height who walk at a 3.4 or so. Do what works for you! As far as C25k, I have asthma, have never been a runner, and in the beginning I could only job for…
