Once a month, I find it's better for my mental health, as I tend to get all caught up in the numbers and end up stressing.

I do a bit of both, mostly as I go though. I dont go over as I only ever buy good stuff so I know I'm good to go :) When I prelog it tends to be when I've made a big batch of something as breakfasts/lunches tend to be similar most days. :)

Same as above, why I do 50 or 51 weeks of the year definitely outdoes what is done for 1 week of the year. Saying that I dont use that as a green light to shove everything in my face. Yes I enjoy it and I do eat too much but that's ok as long as the good outweighs the bad.

Yes, I ate terribly, Yes I overindulged, I had chocolate I had cheese I had Pizza, and some alcohol too! But you know it's ok because its only a few days out of the year AND it hits a mental reset with me which makes me want to avoid all bad food for months, so today I'm back on track I didn't log on those days but I next…

Thankfully it doesn't tend to get too hot where I am, otherwise I'm sure I would struggle with that too.

The last few days its been hovering around 0 to -4 celcius. I'm really enjoying C25K but feel i'm getting a little worse instead of better, maybe I just have to get used to it like you say.

So cold!! Everyone looks at me like I have horns when I say i'm cold haha. Oh and I've had recent blood tests for something else and thyroid function is fine :) I've just lost padding haha

They're good problems to have lol but I understand the annoyance I currently have 2 rings that need resizes and a bracelet that I can slip over my wrist without unclipping lol

I love it! I've never been able to run, I'm on week 3 now and although its still difficult for me I'm doing it, dont worry if you have to repeat either lol it took me 3 weeks to master week 1, one week to do week 2 and now I'm on week three :)

I definitely have breathing issues I try to take deep breaths as I end up breathing really shallow and thinking 'I cant breath!!'
