The last time I posted on here I was really struggling with week one of c25k, to the point where I hadn't run in a week and I took another week off, I was at the point where I was just going to give up, I headed out yesterday for a run not really expecting much thinking I was going to be really hopeless, but I did it!! I didn't cut any of the runs short or skip any runs AND my music crapped out on me half way through so I did about 10 minutes of it with no music at all!

I know this isn't a huge deal because running for a minute at time isn't a great acheivement, but it is for me and I did it!! :D Only took completing week one 3 times haha.

This is a big deal. Well done you for sticking with it I'm sure you'll complete the whole course and do much more after it. I love reading positive things like this so thanks for sharing x

Well done! I'm set to 'graduate' C25K tonight - my first 30 minute run. It took me repeating a couple of weeks here and there, but now I know I can do it. Keep up the great work!

If you keep this up (and don't rush things), you WILL get fitter and stronger, and running WILL get easier.
