Hi All, Personally, I don't do well with challenges that measure in pounds. I lose a lot slower at this age and don't like the failure of not losing on a schedule. Also, I am striving for a change in my lifestyle, not diet. If challenges work for you, that's great. We are all different. Enjoy the day, Julie

Hi Maria and Jen, Zumba is fun. I have to be on the side so I don't run into anyone and can go at my pace. I was hiking, yoga and excerise class. I have to get back into them. I am going to a dance tomorrow. I do that at my own pace too. I dance like a two year old, but I love to dance.
