I'm trying to eliminate gluten from my diet. I really like the gluten free brown rice pasta from Trader Joe's. I also use Tamari sauce instead of soy sauce (can't taste any difference). I also recently started buying Morning Star Original Sausage patties, they taste really good!

The Southwestern Chicken salad, BBQ Chicken salad, Thai Chopped Chicken salad & Asian Chicken salad seem to be better choices. Lower in fat, but still a bit on the high side for sodium.

Are you eating more fruits & veggies? More whole grains? Your body could be adjusting to a higher amount of fiber.
