Is the Mediterranean Salmon Salad at paradise bakery healthy?

    Calorie counts seems OK, lots of fat & sodium. Not the greatest choice.

    The Southwestern Chicken salad, BBQ Chicken salad, Thai Chopped Chicken salad & Asian Chicken salad seem to be better choices. Lower in fat, but still a bit on the high side for sodium.

    My MFP journal says I'm still under my sodium for the day. So I'll think I will still with my choice. Thanks for your help. :)
