not sure... everything your naming are low in calories... I run into that problem also..do you have bread,peanut butter etc...cereal

just remember you owe it 2 yourself 2 be wastefull!!!! you can always freeze leftovers so you don't have 2 throw it away........ GOOD LUCK !!!

I like ground chicken , use in alot of my receipes...my kids seem to like it ...tacos ...meatballs etc...

maybe your eating the wrong things , I've been there & found out my body doesn't burn carbs the way some do , I upped my protein intake & only do about 100grms. of carbs a day & it seems to be helping ....... good luck
