run_way: So what sorts of lifting exercises are you doing? I've never been able to get my thighs smaller or more toned, so I'd love to figure out how to do that!

I love pumpkin stuff! Would you be willing to share the recipe?

where can I get this soup recipe? Sounds great!

like the suggestions here!

Agreeing with AnnInTexas here - I too have read that if your workout is too intense, you've gone beyond the "fat burning" phase of a workout. It might seem counter-intuitive, but cut back on the intensity a bit and see what happens.

Yes, I'm glad to see more women ignoring that myth about weighlifting = bulking up! My mom and I enjoy lifting together when possible, and have seen definite benefits from it. I say try some tea bags (not loose leaf) to start with, since loose leaf costs more (as does the equipment for it). Yes, I'm a grad student on a very tight budget. I like loose leaf, but it's a treat, not a daily thing for me. Some bagged teas I really like are Stash Tea's Decaf Chocolate Hazlenut, Lipton's Vanilla Caramel…

I'm trying to find is a recipe for pumpkin spice cookies that will taste like the ones from Aldi's Baker's Corner pumpkin spice cookie mix. The mix cookies are fantastic, but require a whole stick of butter, and I'd like to figure out a way to make something that tastes similar from scratch, with pureed pumpkin so as to…
