There are so many ways to eat tuna! I dislike mayo..so 1. Eat it plain 2. Add salsa & hot sauce 3. Add mustard 4. Add different seasonings (I like chilli & onion powder) 5. Add vegetables (I add zuchinni/yellow squash) & 6. Add Grated or shredded cheese 7. I make tuna wraps/sandwiches/qesadilla, etc;

I'm 5'2 1/2 and I currently weigh 133, my goal weight is around 115-120. I hold most of my weight in my lower area (hips/thighs)... But I am perfectly ok with having big hips & thighs..if I could somehow get this bottom tummy pouch to disappear..LOL..

I LOVE PIZZA!!! Me and my hubby eat pizza at least once a week..But like the others said you just have to make room for the extra calories throughout the day (cutting back, extra exercise, etc;) Sometimes I end up going over on the days we have pizza but I don't worry about it at all. I just make sure I get right back on…

I run 7 miles..3 times a week, usually at about a 9-10 min mile. I am an outside runner so the days vary depending on the weather. I just decided that I may want to try a half marathon this summer..so now I have to focus on longer runs and better times...

I usually weigh once a week..I only log if I loose..lol! I don't usually log the gain b/c I constantly keep gaining and losing the same 2 pounds... But I'm only gonna start logging my weight once a month...cause the constant yo-yo weight gain/ loss is driving me insane...lol

I experienced something similar last week..I iced it for a few days & switched to the elliptical/bike for cardio & my knee pain increased. So I had 2 discontinue exercise for a few days and completely rest my knee. Turns out I had some inflammation in both knees. I had to get some prescription Meds & a knee brace as well.…

I suffer with that same issue as well...I despise ordering salads at a restaurant!! I usually go with meat, veggies, and a potato. I also have a cheat day sometimes when I go out to dinner and eat whatever I want. But i usually try to o at least a 30 min workout that day and it leaves a lil wiggle room sometimes.

Hooray for Science!! I have a B.S. in Biology..taught High School for a while. I decided to get my Masters in Healthcare Administration so I deal mostly with paper pushing now. But I'm considering going to Med School..not sure though.

I suffer from boredom eating as well..but prepping healthy snacks really helps. Try packing baby carrots r fruit n a portable lunch bag. So instead of munching on Cheetos all day..I munch on carrots & fruit so I keep my calories n check..
