Thank you for sharing this! I have been looking for a DVD that includes my little guy since he wants to crawl all over me when I'm trying to do other work out DVDs. I have also just ordered Leisa Hart's Fitmama: Post Natal. I will post up about it after I get it in and give it a try!

This! I busted my *kitten* to lose weight that I had gained before getting pregnant and I was in pretty awesome shape and then I was pregnant during the winter. It was horrible. I ate way to many gyros and did little to no exercise.

I see that I missed the 5 pounds by V-day challenge but I'm up for any other goals!! I really need a small group to hold myself accountable to and I'm hoping this is it.
