  • That is what i run into because i sit in a cubicle all day, and then get to workout at night.
  • Yeah i tried readjusting my number and everything else but it still stays with 2250, I don't know if this is wrong maybe it's fixated on my lowest weight which was 325, but yeah it seemed kind low for a while.
  • Yeah maybe it is all mental, but i do notice i am much more full and not craving when i have eaten more times.
  • Yeah i know we go through it, but i haven't been able to corral the eating for 3 months, it keeps my focus away from the food until i have to eat. It was also easier when i was 390 and got much more calories, and now i drop 50lbs and all of a sudden i get almost half, i mean it's hard when your a bigger guy that works out…
  • Have been eating single serving of baked tostitos with fresh homade salsa, salad, chicken, chex mix, Celery, mashed potatoes just small portions enough that it is under 200 calories or just above. Whatever we have for left overs
  • I would think it would keep your metabolism up? how is it different from 6 meals a day?

  • I am following the limit of fitness pal and my goal is 2500 a day for this, but i try to keep it under 1800 from 9-5, I workout hard 4-5 days a week. Just wondering if this works to help the process if it's better to burn off all the stuff in your stomach and then have a dinner or if you there is a different way to go…
  • Hey sla, how was it not helpful granted i have been on it for 7 months and lost 60lbs but i keep plateauing now that i have gotten down to 325 not sure if this app is gonna be better.
