d4w1 It is finally geting easy to do. Just one question is week one for the most part about toneing your leg, because that is the only part of my body that is hurting????:huh:

So I'm on d2w1 and let me tell you the workout was esaier than day one. But its hard to walk up and down stairs. O well at least I know its working.

Ok so I just did week 1 Day 1 (I'm 2 days behind) and she kicked my butt. Zumba was working no mussels. So happy I am doing this now. :happy:
