  • Hey everyone! I'm on day 10 of the fix, down 3 lbs so far and loving the soreness everyday!! I feel like I've gotten a lot better at the workouts the second time around and I'm burning more calories than i was last week! I know it's only been 10 days but I feel tighter all around as well. I'll post some before/during pics…
  • I really like the workouts and sad as it is, the color coded containers make it more fun for me to follow the meal plan... Gotta get my motivation from wherever it comes from!!
  • Today I had to tighten my heart rate monitor's chest strap!!
  • Hey Jenna! I use a heart rate monitor as my calories burned varies every single time. I'm normally around 250-300 cals per workout. However yoga is only about 180..
  • Currently 5'6" and about 165 lbs. Hoping to get down to 145 at the very least.. ultimate goal is 30 lbs down to 135!
  • Thanks @Coonsmom‌ :) I really hope it's just a random 5lb gain before I lose 10 lbs ;)

  • I love the fix so far! I'm only on day 3 but the videos are great (sooooo sore) and the program itself is a great way to teach you good habits to use forever (not just 21 days)
  • I started the fix this past Monday!!! Loving it so far. Would love to be invited to a group if there is one :)
  • I would definitely suggest getting a heart rate monitor for the most accurate read. I am doing the fix now and some days I'll burn 340 cals and somedays I burn 305 (for the same exercise routine) so it's better to have exact numbers so you're not guesstimating!
  • joining in a little late, love the idea of this group!!! • I'm in! Currently at about 160. Ultimate goal is 135.
  • I just got this DVD today and did level 1. I LOVED IT!! It was so fast and fun and although it took me 2-3 moves to get on track with some of the kicks, I was dripping in sweat by the end of it! I'm 5'6" 158lbs used 5lb hand weights and burned 184 calories doing workout 1!
  • I started June 2 so this past week was supposed to be my week 3 but I skipped it due to life's annoyances (work, house guests, sickness... the trifecta!) I felt better today so I did speed 1.0 (my favorite) and will rest tomorrow to re-do week three on Monday! I'm getting a nice heart rate monitor for my birthday in 3…

  • I started June 3rd and just did week 2 day 1 yesterday, I felt really good about the cardio video! Hope to stick with this... :)
  • Just finished week 2 day 1 - Cardio... I think it's one of my favorite workouts. NOT looking forward to Total Body Circuit tomorrow, but kind of glad to get it over with so early in the week! :)
  • Just finished ab intervals.. out of all of the workouts so far I'd have to say that it's my favorite and Total Body Circuit is my least favorite... so much pain! Will see how I feel about Ab Intervals when I wake up in the morning...
  • Just finished Speed 1.0... SO.MUCH.JUMPING! But I was dripping in sweat which felt great and the 25 minutes really did FLY by. I always did Jillian Michaels videos and they always seemed so repetitive and would drag. This is great so far!! Worried about Total Body Circuit tomorrow, I've heard that's the hardest.. oh no..…
  • Planning to start T25 tonight.. I am REALLY bad with sticking with videos (I can't even do the full 30 days of the shred!) so I'm hoping I can somehow stick to this 10 week program.... here's to hoping! Do you need any equipment for it? Any beginner advice would be great :)
  • Hi everyone! I'm Samantha. I'm 22 and newly married. My husband and I are going on a cruise with his family in August and his brother's wedding is in December, I really want to feel my best for both of these occasions! I am currently 157 lb and ideally I'd like to be back to my high school weight of 135-140, but not skinny…
  • Today will only be day 9 for me as my husband and I are in the process of moving and I couldn't fit it in (bad excuse, I know!) so... day 9 today, 10 tomorrow and level 2 on Saturday!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Let me know how it is... I'm nervous about it. Also today I am switching from 3 lb weights to 5 lbers.... EEK. Probably will…
  • I play my own music and mute the DVD.. it helps a lot especially during the side lunge's because she says "a couple more" and it's really 10 more!!!!! That drives me nuts and whenever I hear it I get so mad. A COUPLE IS TWO, JILLIAN!
  • Day 8 was a tough one for me surprisingly! I thought it was supposed to get easier.... those shoulder raises at the end were just a killer.
  • When I started I was at 159.. then I randomly weighed myself a few days later (bad idea.. I know!!) and I was 156... now for the past week or so I've been at 157/158 for a few days... planning to not step on the scale until level 2 is over.. if I can resist!
  • I have ALWAYS been a morning workout person, however with my new schedule I would have to get up before 5am to workout before work so I've been doing it about an hour after dinner and I feel GREAT about it. Normally my day after work would be: make dinner, sit on the couch until I go to sleep.. Now it's: make dinner, sit…
  • I took a rest day yesterday... had to stay at work late, cook dinner, do four loads of laundry...wasn't up for it!! So today will be my day 6. I was wondering if you all wear sneakers when you shred? I have always done it barefoot as it just feels more comfortable but saw someone post saying you should be wearing…
  • I see everyone saying their thighs hurt.. is it weird that my CALVES kill?!?!? my thighs aren't so bad but my calves, oh boy... especially with the jump ropes, eek.
  • I'm a few days ahead of everyone.. starting day 6 soon... will check back in after to see how much "easier" it has gotten (since Jillian says it's supposed to!!!!) Good job everyone!!!!
