I just started the 21 day fix exercise programs. Started with the Full Body Cardio Fix - how do I log the 21 day fix exercises in MyFitnessPal? I do not see these specific exercises as an option.

  • How do you find these challenges?

get a heart rate monitor and use it vs choosing anything on here. It will be more accurate.
  • I am also doing the 21 fix program! I use a heart rate monitor to get an accurate calorie burn. Depending on the workout I burn between 170-300 calories per workout.

I think you have to find an exercise that fits the general description of the workouts...HIIT? Or maybe cross training? Not sure but once you choose a description you can adjust the amount of calories burned if you have an idea of how many you've worked off.

I would definitely suggest getting a heart rate monitor for the most accurate read. I am doing the fix now and some days I'll burn 340 cals and somedays I burn 305 (for the same exercise routine) so it's better to have exact numbers so you're not guesstimating!
  • :) good idea
