  • Yes you can put these in as aerobics.   • I just bought the Zumba 2 for my Wii and all the songs are so catchy that it makes it fun to work out.
  • I weigh every day in the morning just to make sure I stay on track. Just a little obsessed with the scale but hey 30 lbs off and I'm happy. :happy:
  • Bump! I would either go get a 2nd opinion or go see a nutritionist or both. Those cal's seem WAY too low. Also don't forget any muscle you might be gaining with strength training. And remember slower progress is better for your body although we love to see fast results :smile:
