Started a dvd cardio workout this morning and I am looking for a way to enter or the amount of calories that I burned. I am using "The Biggest Loser - Cardio Max" program. Did the 5 minute warm-up, 20 minute cardio level one and the cool down. Do to leg issues, not able to run on my treadmill right now so I have no calorie info to enter into my log.
Anyone have any idea or no where I can get approximate numbers to use?

Yes you can put these in as aerobics. I would put in 20 min. for aerobics then I think there is a choice for stretching which you could use for warm up and cool down. One site I found helpful was http://calorielab.com/burned/ . There are others like this also. I also have the Just Dance for my Wii I put that in as dancing. Hope this helps!0

Yes, that helps alot. Just found the aerobics choice in the library and will add in the stretching. Based on what I did in the program, think I should use low impact. 20 minutes = 224 calories. Will check out the web site you gave me.0

Just changed my aerobics from low to high as by most web site definitions, high impact aerobics is when both feet leave the ground at some point. Such as jumping, running... This fits what I did in my workout.0
