week 1 - 133.7 week 2 - 134.9 (thanksgiving week) week 3 - 133.8 week 4 - 132.1 today - 131.7 Total lost for the 5 weeks to holiday fit and fab = 2lbs I'm so HAPPY with this.. a 2lb loss is amazing for me! My goal was to NOT gain 10lbs.. and not only did I not gain .. I lost!!! go me!

I'd imagine it was slightly under 1000, but still...for me it was a huge slip. I was just being silly with my diary :) I can say I made some *mostly* healthy choices... started with a big salad, low fat dressing. I have patronized Starbucks all over the world.... They've never shown me my coffee and asked if it looked ok. Why would they do that? Do they usually do that? Maybe they already knew something was wrong with it? This post is making smoke come out of my ears.

I too was having knee pain from squats. I watched a million videos but couldn't seem to get it right. I finally tried flipping a laundry basket upside down and squatting just until my butt touched the top of the basket, then back up. last week - 133.7 today - 134.9 I'm up 1.2 from last week, I'm not worried at all.. I got through thanksgiving and all the leftovers and no exercise and up 1.2 is great news! LOL! I worked out super hard this morning, back to logging, I'm confident it will come off quick :) :tongue:
