Spinach, sausage, feta quiche 248 calories per serving
Made two of these last night - wow, so good!
makes 2 quiches (the deep dish pie crusts come in packs of two) 16 servings total (8 each pie)
Ingredients

Ground Pork Sausage, Hot, 1 container (12 oz ea.)
Feta Cheese, 1 container (8 oz ea.)
Chopped Spinach-Frozen, 1 container (10 oz)
Eggs - 6 egg
Reduced Fat Milk, 1.5 cup
Whole Wheat Flour, 4 Tbs
Scallion - 1 bunch
Pie Crusts Deep Dish 1 container (2 crust (21 g) ea.)
Baking Powder , 1 tsp
Black Pepper - Ground, 2 tsp
Preheat oven to 350
brown sausage and drain fat
chop scallion and feta
defrost and drain spinach
beat eggs in large bowl
add all ingredients (except crust) to bowl with eggs and mix well (you can add an extra .5 cup of milk if it looks too dry)
pour half of mixture in each frozen pie crust
bake 35-45 mins until nice and brown on the top and knife inserted comes out clean.

sounds good.... If I liked feta I would make it.... maybe if I replace the feta with mozarella...0
