I don't know, I really don't think it's bloat on me, the reason being is that I have my sodium set on 1500 per day, not the recommended 2500 for MFP. So I don't think I am eating too much salt, even if I go over, I am well under 2500 a day. And I drink a lot of water. I really don't think this is bloat. I do think this is…

All over, but mainly my stomach and hips

Cut

You mean in the same day? Like you're going to do either cardio then 30DS, or 30DS then cardio?
-
That's not ALL of her dvd's she has many more dvds than that....
-
I lost quite a bit when I did it about 10 pounds, however when I started it I was going from not working out at ALL, to doing 30DS and it about killed me. If you are already working out and burning a lot of calories in your workouts, I doubt you will see drastic results. My results were drastic because I went from doing…

Jillian is amazing! We have a love hate relationship! I have 30DS Killer Buns and Thighs Burn Fat Boost Metabolism Yoga Meltdown and No More Trouble Zones I can say without a doubt that they work. I have lost a lot of weight (just not that much since i started MFP)
-
I'm only over on sodium because I have it set at 1500 rather than the MFP 2500.

Feel free to look at my diary. I opened it for everyone to see. I am open to suggestions. I have logged consistently, except for this last weekend, I was camping and had no phone service, but I ate well and hiked a lot! :)

I want to be 10 pounds lighter for my LIFE, That's the whole point of me asking this. I am NOT HAPPY being this heavy. Not at all. I WANT and NEED this last 10 pounds. Sorry if you don't understand that, but that's how I feel.

According to scooby BMR 1541 TDEE 2388 Daily calories for a 20% calorie reduction - 1910
-
I think I tried the scooby one too and it was similar. What is the site?
-
I used fitness frog to come up with these numbers, let me know if there is a better site. BMR - 1541 TDEE - 2388 BMI - 24.78 So, like I said earlier, I have been netting, (including exercise) 1600-1800 per day.
-
No, I am netting 1600-1800 at the end of the day, exercise included.

Sorry, it might help to know that I am 29 years old, 5'8", and currently, if I use the scale reading from today, 163 pounds. I workout every day, but vary the intensity of the workouts. I do Jillian Michaels workouts. Doing a cut, not a reset, btw.
-
Well I have been aiming to stay between 1600 and 1800 NET calories per day. I was told zig-zagging would help as well, so I've been aiming for that 200 calorie fluctuation. I have been working out slightly less than normal, but have been counting my exercise accurately. I burn 300-450 calories per day with exercise,…

No, no inches lost either, in fact I look visibly bigger.

I understand that some people will gain a pound or two. I have gained 8. That's right, 8. I am so discouraged and about to go back to my 1200 calories a day. I feel like a pig and clearly my body thinks I am a pig too because it's gained 8 pounds. I've been doing this for a few weeks now. I don't think an 8 pound gain…
-
I did put that in and it came up with 2007 calories a day. That seems insane to me...I don't know if I can eat that much! It seems like a TON!
-
Get back on!
-
I completely understand, but DON'T GIVE UP! This site will help you emmensly with accountability in the food that you eat. In addition, you should change your settings probably to make sure you are not eating too many carbs. My first couple of weeks on this site, I didn't lose much, but then I lowered my carbohydrate…

Absolutely NOT. Chicken begins to form bacteria that can make you very ill after 2 hours out of the refrigerator. DO NOT EAT IT!
