I can totally relate. It was a slow start for me. I started walking (Walk at Home DVD) once a week in April. Then walking or Zumba or step aerobics once a week. i've got Hip Hop Abs and Zumba DVD set not the Wii. Not sure but maybe there are limitations to the Wii vs. the DVD set. Lost my Fitbit just as I was getting the hang of it. Had issues in syncing with the app but was bearable. It was very usedul to me tracking steps/activities especially because I used it with myfitnesspal app. I admit it was a nuisance clipping it to my pocket or anywhere else. I didn't clip it on to my bra just on my pants…

For myself I have seen a lot of changes when I started with Jari Love's Slim and Lean. I haven't been able to stick to it though... There is a guide on her website about doing strength training 3x a week then cardio the rest of the week with 2 days rest.....Just got the Chalean Extreme set.... hoping to be able to follow…

count me in! i've got Turbo Jam and just started yesterday. Just tried the 20 minutes video.... it's very enjoyable! Very fast paced, the way I like it. But I need to familiarize myself with the moves..... when are you starting?
