Anyone doing or done Kettleworx program? I just started today using a 10lb kettlebell...damn after the workout I had to walk up the stairs...my legs were shaking!! Is that normal?

Looking for some kettleworx buddies so pls add me, so we can support each other through this (or just add me even if you're not doing kettleworx).

So, whats the results like on this? Am I being realistic to want to lose 5lbs by end of the month doing Kettleworx (with Spinning)?

I just started kettleworx yesterday. I only did the 10 minute workout and I was getting sore instantly! Seems like a pretty good workout for toning. Please share your results so far! Thanks :)

kettlebell's are awesome! Definitely an effective workout! I've been getting results using em for the last few months. I feel like they're just as effective without the $100 DVD set though

Kettleworx is the first dvd workout that I actually look forward to doing. I think you will like it. I got the 5 lb kettle bell to start with and am working up to a heavier one. I don't have any comparison pics, but I am making progress. I wouldn't say 5lbs is unrealistic. If you are fueling your body properly and drinking your water, I'm sure you will get great results.

Tiznonay has a good point. It would probably be just as fun (and effective) to get a chart or video online and use your own music. I just happened to get sucked into the infomercial.
