I actually have transitioned to drinking tea as a bed time snack. Rooibos is caffeine free and some brands offer phenomenal calorie flavours! I have a chocolate mint, cherry pie, and Georgia peach that are great.

I've tried looking myself and have had no success! Pump is what I truly miss from having a gym membership, but the cost of setting up a home gym was much less than keeping my membership :/

It's quite lovely though as everyone is friendly and we all get along fantastically! We deal mainly with cats and dogs, but we also have a pretty large :pocket pet"patient list which adds some…

Takes a lot to kick the habit of going to a drive through because its quick and temporarily satisfying, or eating an entire cheesecake just because it's so tastey. I often think I could just not record the food and pretend like it…

Honestly can't say I'm overly picky about setting a proper ämbience" However the lights are set when the mood strikes seems to work quite nicely :)

I'm in Ontario, juggling school, work, and a social life with going to the gym and eating properly. Although no children, I…
