Hang on in there. i think most of us go through stages like this. I have just started on the site, but find that i plan my next days meals in advance and try to prepare the meals in advance I am more likely to stick to it rather than just grab something easy. Best of luck, K

Hi allie, this sounds like the workout I do at Curves gym, which is a circuit based gym. The average calories burned for the 30mins range from 150 to 233, apparently it is the equivalent of walking 3.5mph for 30 mins. Hope this helps. K :ohwell:

I have just had a fab dinner, and it took less than 10mins to eat.cook. Sweet n sour style prawns with egg noodle, mixed veg and less than 350 cals. I just added a small spoon of sweet chilli sauce to 150g prawns, tomato puree, threw in some shredded cabbage, brocolli and carrott, and places on top of egg noodles. IT WAS…

Hi, I came across this fab site last week. Hitting the big 40 in a few weeks time and although I will not get thin for 40, as i had planned at the beginning of the year, this year WILL be when I reach my goal. PS How do I get my weight loss thingy on my posts? Big hugs from Scotland Kath
