Finally someone who thinks the same as me! I have really got into alternating between the gym and billy blanks tae bo, its amazing for toning up all muscles in your belly and back! I have recently turned into a gym junkie! What type of excersise are your doing?

hi bananas are a good way to get calories up, if you were to eat 3 in a day it would be an extra 400 calories, but they are high in carbs, but they are good for pottasium. yoghurts aswell, like muller rices' they are 250 per tub, but high in calcium and low in fat. just a few ideas! im in the same situation, im putting…
