  • Hi Dori don’t get discouraged. It sounds like you are headed in the right direction but cutting out fast food and diet pop. Keep logging your meals and try to get 30 minutes of exercise in everyday, even if it’s just walking. It will come off. Feel free to add me! I’m new to this discussion group too.
  • I earned 22 points this week. Had some trouble staying on track Wednesday and Thursday. But went right back to it on Friday.
  • Got my 4 points yesterday! I'm working on my 4 points today, although I am feeling tired, gotta get up and MOVE!
  • I think this is just what I need to kick start my Early New Year's Resolution! Last year my resolution was to quit smoking and I haven't had a cigarette since 1/14/12. This year I'm going to loose 70 pounds. If I can quit smoking, I can do anything... I am looking forward to the accountability!
