Love it! I am going to sign up for a 5k in Dec, but I keep putting my C25k off. I walk 5k every other day but I just am scared of running/jogging. I did the first day ok, but I feel like I'm running so slow and AWKWARD . Thanks for posting this--I am going to push through and be ready for my Dec 5k!

Great job everyone! I love that we can celebrate every success. :) I can walk 3 miles at a 2.7-3mph pace. 30 days ago I was was at 20 minutes at a 2.4 mph pace. I can feel muscles in my calves again and am sleeping much better. And I can do real jumping jacks.

My husband and I are on day 4 of week 1. Some things are easier, some are harder. :) I'm hoping to not need a day off but my husband may take a day here and there due to starting a new job. I am doing 45 minutes of walking 3x a week because I signed up for a 5K that I'm worried about not being ready for...in December. Lol!
