You should be weighing it before it's cooked or else you are underestimating the calories.

When I first started losing weight I lost a little bit of weight my first week and then nothing for about 2 months. Then it just started falling off. Our bodies are strange like that. It sounds like you are doing a great job, just keep at it and you will see results.

I use a Polar FT4 and love it. It isn't too fancy, it tracks your heart rate/calories burned and it's pretty afford able at around $60 online. It also comes with a chest strap so it's more accurate then just the watches.

You need to eat more calories and healthier foods. You will feel full and you wont be tempted to binge on Micky D's and cupcakes.

So unhealthy. As you lose weight, the amount of calories you can consume and still lose weight will become less and less. Eating all that junk, you are going to burn through your allotted calories for the day, and you will end up overeating because you will still be hungry. I would suggest trying to eat healthier now…

Started in July at 330 lbs and now I am down to 308. My first goal is 220 lbs, then 180 lbs, and hopefully 165 lbs as a final goal.
