I'm 5'8 and 134lbs... I am actually below my 'goal weight' but above my BF% - it's 25% and I want it down to around 20. I am throwing the scales out - I don't think they help much :/ I don't think you need to lose any weight but if you want to change your body like I do i.e. stop being 'skinny fat' then eat more protein…

Hey! I'm on day 14 of the shred and it's great - I do it in addition to running 5 times per week and it is definitely making a difference. You can get it on youtube for free and do it literally anywhere if you have an ipad/smart phone... I just use 1kg weights and they are plenty for me... start out with cans of baked…

Exactly what I'm doing... If I didnt do the cardio I'd feel like I haven't done anything and my body fat's not going anywhere!
