Exactly. The best way to deal with noisy or fluctuating data is to sample more frequently and look for trends, not sample less frequently. Weighing weekly does not make sense.

You could try roasting the vegetables instead of eating them raw and see if you like them better that way.

Started January 1 at 211 lbs and am now at 175, for a loss to date of 36 lbs. My initial goal weight was 185 but at that weight I still had more flab around my belly than I wanted so I've dropped my goal weight to 170. 5 lbs to go. P90X FTW!
