Mine is open. My goal is like 2270 but I'm usually way under. I don't go full on diet. I eat what I want when I want but I get a lot of exercise.

If I eat breakfast, like a bowl of cereal I'm starving within an hour but if I skip breakfast I don't get hungry till between 10 and 11. It seems like if I eat a little bit I just get hungrier. I hate it. lol

Thank you all for the replies. I usually get 1 cold a year and it lasts a few days where I have the sore throat, cough, headache, and all the good stuff. If it was just a sniffle I'd be at the gym. No offense taken. It's just these last 2 days that stuff is coming up. My main priority is to not get my wife sick. I sit in an office full of coughing people so the first thing I want to do when I get off is go home and rest to try and get better. When you have a travel advisory and you're already sick it's not on the top of my list. I have a wife that takes her state boards in 4 days so my main focus is to not get her sick and try and get better.

I put on about 10 throught the holidays. Had a birthday and with about 3 huge dinners over christmas I didn't care. Time to lose it all though.
