I'm doing this in combination with the 30 Day Shred...so first 20 were squat/press, then added another 30. Managed okay, but we shall see how I feel tomorrow!!

Level 1, day 2 - done. Can't quite do everything yet...and push ups, let's just say I'll get there! :)

Today was my "session 2", even though it is day 4, but I am hoping to get going everyday after a few sessions.

Hi everyone! I started this on Sunday, but just did day 2 today because I was so sore! I'll try to be consistent and post would be nice to have a group for encouragement, motivation & ACCOUNTABILITY! :)

I'm in. If I have to recap I'd say I'm off to a bad start. Had family in town and late nights. Through 9/3... LNS: 3 ME: 0 This is a weak spot for me...but even eating dinner late is sometimes a challenge. Thanks for the thread!

I blew it...got in 45, but taken out by hubby after work and didn't get home until after midnight. For myself, I'll get in the rest today.

1st....AC/DC...a looong time ago Last...New Kids on the Block. Good concernt, but more entertained by watching my sisters watch the band & flashing back to their youth when NK were the rage. :)
