I'm going to take this as a hilarious joke...or maybe just a ploy for attention. Not quite sure which one, but anywho...You look amazing, and WAY better than in your before picture. You do not look like a man in any way. I feel sorry for you if you decide to go back to killing yourself on the elliptical for hours on end.

Great results guys! I'm not sure about inches since I haven't remeasured yet, but I did drop 1.4 pounds since last Tuesday. I'd say that's progress :)

Nice job so far! I stay motivated by reading fitness articles and blogs. I become OBSESSED with my goals. I do fall off track every so often, but I figure as long as I come back fairly quickly I'll succeed eventually.

Completed Day 4 Level 1 today. So far I have consistently been taking one rest day in between workout days. I did JM 30 DS three times last week, and one time this week so far. I would like to hit 4-5 workouts this week to bump me up a level. I am feeling soooo sore in so many fabulous ways!

Nice progress with the regular push ups! That is one of the hardest moves I can think of, so I think it's a BIG deal when you can do them.

Completed Day 2 Level 1 last night. I'll be doing day 3 tonight. Has anyone on day 5 noticed any changes yet? JM says you can start to see and/or feel a change around day 5, so I'm just curious...

I really like the tablespoon of peanut butter idea. It makes sense since fat and protein makes you feel satisfied for a while. I think I'll give this a try.

Yes, I experienced this also. I think it has a lot to do with how much extra weight you are carrying. I started noticing a difference at around 20 pounds.

Ugh I had such a busy day yesterday and completely missed my workout. I'll be doing Day 2 Level1 tonight after work. I'll try to squeeze in an extra workout this weekend to make up for the missed day.
