Hi! Nice to meet you. I am not even close to your height (I'm only 5'2"). I have about 30 more pounds to lose to reach my ultimate goal of 120. I am always looking for new MFP friends to motivate and keep me motivated. I have been on this site since February, and it has helped me so much so far. Feel free to add me :) ....…

Okay this is creepy because you just described my life! I have an 11-year-old girl and an almost 6-year-old son. My daughter is still very loving but only when she gets what she wants. If I keep her from her friends for too long, she turns into a very evil little person. She used to be such a sweet little angel :(. I'm…

I'm not sure about the resistance bands because I've never used them, but knee push-ups are perfectly fine. I started the program with knee push-ups and have gradually become stronger. Now I am able to do most of my push-ups in regular form.

You are so beautiful in both sets of pictures. Great job on the weight loss!

I absolutely LOVE food!

It is completely normal to be starving after weight lifting because your muscles need the fuel. Since you know this is going to happen to you, you should be prepared with healthy snacks to eat after your weight lifting sessions. Instead of having pizza and cookies on hand, you should have fresh fruits, veggies, and lean…

I think you are on the right track. I used to want to drop several pounds per week. I thought that was okay to do and I was able to do it in the past, but I was never able to keep the weight off permanently. I have found it is working so much better for me to take my time and make small changes to my eating habits. This is…

Wow! Gorgeous pictures, fantastic job!

I just completed my first round of P90X a few weeks ago, and I'm now in my first week of Insanity. I love BeachBody programs because they make it possible to get super fit at home. Send me a friend request if you need support and/or motivation!

You look fantastic, and I love the dress!

I am anti-regular soda and anti-diet soda. I'm not going to lie, I do drink the occasional diet soda, but I don't think either one is better for you than the other. They are both terrible for your overall health. The only reason I would opt for the diet soda is to save myself the extra calories.

I always rely on my HRM to tell me how many calories I'm burning because it really does vary based on how heavy you lift.

^^This is what I do. I just started my second round of P90X, and I have always logged my exercise manually with the help of my HRM.

WOW! You look absolutely incredible. I cannot see even one stretch mark, and you have a perfect flat tummy now. Congratulations!
-
LMAO that's terrible

You look freakin' fabulous! I love the pink one. It goes very well with your skin tone and tats!

I try very hard to eat clean; however, this becomes boring, expensive, and inconvenient at times. I have lost 32 pounds over the past 4 months by exercising regularly and varying my calorie intake. If I have a couple of high calorie days where I'm eating a lot of junky food, such as over the weekend, I will follow that up…

Are you serious? I eat healthy snacks all day long in my office because I care way more about my health than how my snacking effects the rest of the world. You are already in great shape, so I would say keep doing what you are doing anyway.

The Spike Diet helped me bust through a very annoying plateau recently. I don't follow the plan all the time 100 percent, but it always works when I need that extra metabolism boost.

She looks like she rubbed poo all over her face. Gross! Poor child :frown:

10...Nice flat tummy!

You are truly an inspiration to me. I am trying to lose quite a bit of fat and build strong muscles, and it is so hard to eat 100% clean all of the time. I am working on eater cleaner and cleaner, but I usually give into temptation at least once or twice a month. Thank you for sharing your story and pictures because it is…

My goal is to lose weight and tone up at the same time, so my weight loss is slow and steady. I lift 3 days, cardio 2-3 days, and rest 1-2 days per week. Seems to be working very well so far.

I am 65 days into P90X. When I started I was extremely out of shape and borderline obese. I could not do half of the movements, but I pushed myself as hard as I could. I am still going, and I have gotten so much stronger. Now I can do most of the moves with some small modifications. I also have wrist issues and knee…

Love it! You are so awesome and setting a great example for your little one!

Wow! I love how happy you look in your after pic. Great work!

I love the pics in this thread so far. My belly is definitely my biggest problem area, so it's very inspiring to see others who have gotten rid of their bellies!
