I work from home so I tend to have more leeway with the whole time to make breakfast thing, but I like: crustless dairy free quiche in muffin cups quiche-style stuffed baked green peppers veggie omelets sugar free oatmeal with nonfat plain greek yogurt mixed in and fruit protein cereal

Also, I get that way when I'm PMS'ing. It helps to eat a ton of protein, fat, and nuts while avoiding sugary stuff.

Maybe plan out your meals for tomorrow to occupy your mind? That sometimes helps me. Personally, I can't go to sleep hungry because I sleep walk, ha. If drinking water and tea don't help then you might want to consider saving some calories during the day for a later night snack. My favorites are 1oz of unsalted almonds…

I like the pancake batter made with carbonation (diet coke, club soda, everybody uses something different) because it makes them reaaaally light and fluffy. And fold in the whipped egg whites, nom. The fluffier, the better. In fact, if somebody count invent a cotton candy process for pancake batter, that'd just be the best.

I feel you! Especially being taller than men, sigh. It's so limiting for dating prospects. But you know what? Tall women really rev some people's engines. The whole long beautiful legs, looking like a statuesque Goddess thing. ;) Being tall can be really amazing if you let it. Embrace it, because it's you!

Bah, I hate losing an hour. Gaining an hour on the other hand... That's like the Bermuda Triangle of time, right? You can eat whatever you want during that hour and it reverses... magically...

Unless you were calorie counting the whole time you have no way of knowing whether you were eating exactly the same amount of calories. You could have returned to "eating like before" but ended up eating more.

Ah! 2,450 calories a day is like a fantasy for meeeee. I have no advice, sorry for being so useless. =P But maybe it would be good if you added his stats, like his height, current weight, calories to maintain his current weight, BMI?
