  • I go by the true and tested skin fold measurement. Measure your body fat. The thing to remember is muscle does weigh more than fat and its harder to put on muscle than fat!
  • Agree with this and I add eat wise... some foods can give bub an upset tummy you want to eat a healthy diet more than anything and not let yourself go hungry. a handful of nuts is good with plenty of water. Also don't eat too much salt and sugary things it can dry you up
  • I never force myself to eat. If I am hungry I eat if not hungry I do not eat. I aim for 1000-1200 calories from healthy food options consumed a day and aim to exercise once a day.
