I refuse to move on to level 3.. lol I can't master the lunges, I hate them. I'm doing both level 1 and level 2 in the same day too! :laugh: I have to get back on track though, I've missed way too many days! It does get a little easier and on some days I feel like I'm back on day one level 1. :grumble:

Are you holding your breath, while working out? My face got super red last time I did the shred and I was holding my breath. Ended up with a headache over it.

I have a Heart rate monitor and I average 125-160 for my 5'3 build, depending on hard I push myself. and I list it under circuit training. :) MFP states a higher calorie burn, then my HRM.

Eggs, Greek yogurt, Cottage Cheese, Peanut Butter, Meats, Dairy... Protein shakes. ect ect.. :)

Do you like cottage cheese? Fiber one makes a cottage cheese and you get 5 grams of fiber for 1/2 cup. ;) good protein and fiber for just 1/2 or 1 cup. down fall.. over 800 mg of sodium for a cup of it.

I take fiber supplements, along with natural fiber in foods! :) I usually take the capsules, but ended up with a powder this time, thinking it was compared to Benifiber and um it's nasty! I usually log after. I do love logging before though! That way I can see how many calories are left for the day and if I can have treats or not.. ;)
