50lbs since January! I can't tell you how much better I feel!

This shirt is a 4X, these pants are 28's. The dress I'm wearing in the after picture is an 18/20!!!!

I went from not walking at all to walking 3 miles a day. I'm so happy I made this change!

When this pic was taken - I was 50 pounds down - I had a vacation right after and gained back just a bit...just to clarify!
