  • THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU. I've been working on this weight loss thing for over 9 months, started with low carb/high protein moved to low calories and after reading many posts after a long plateau, I've finally figured this out. I took the time to search out information on this site which is what put me moving in the…
  • Great job my MFP friend! Look at the fruits of all your hard work and dedication. Looking forward to continuing to walk through this journey with you. Congratulations and great job!
  • I've had to buy new clothes People at work notice I've lost weight -- somehow this translates into being taken more seriously People take about my weight loss almost every day -- no one said I was fat every day Friends mention I'm wasting away -- REALLY? I still have over 50 lbs to lose and have basically maintained over…
  • I'd like to be in Onederland by January, so another 20+ lbs prior to 2013 starting. Will take any support I can get.
  • Awesome success and dedication. Keep up the hard work and remember to stop and be proud of all your hard work.
  • I've been doing MFP for over 6 months and watching what I eat for over 9 and yes, I would say I'm getting tired. I started on low carb, high protein diet and now I'm trying to figure out if I keep my exercise levels way up, if I could log less (still eat better) and lose weight. I've admitted to my MFP friends that I'm in…
  • Feel free to add me (that goes for anyone reading this) IF: you don't complain about not losing weight while eating 900 calories a day and exercising every day. I'm not going to provide any good feedback in these situations. I log in every day (over 180 days). I started wiht a low carb, high protein diet, but realized I…
  • If you are doing 30DS every day, you'll need to eat more than 1200 calories.
  • If you are a student, check with your school for free or low cost resources.
  • Look for another source of help. It doesn't sound as though the help you've been provided in the past really dealt with the issue. I'm not a pyschologist or psychiatrist, but I am good at reflection - probably too much for any person, but that's not the point of my response. You have gone from one extreme to another --…
  • LOVE my coffee -- don't mess with it :noway: . I usually drink about a pot a day -- no more and some days less. I've given up on all other caffeinated beverages except on special occasions. I have switched to half caffeinated Folgers -- I don't think this makes any difference in the weight loss journey.
  • The timeliness of this post is amazing. I ate an entire bad of Pretzel M&Ms yesterday and found myself feeling much the same way (granted eating the whole bag was NOT a great idea). To me, the whole exercise in eating was less about eating the entire bag, but that overwhelming feeling of not having choices anymore. I have…
  • Sending you a friend request. I've been doing this for a while but have more to go. Can always use more motivation.
  • One protein shake a day, turkey burgers (Jennie-O in the freezer section), boneless skinless chicken breasts.
  • Depending on intensity and duration of workout, you may not be eating enough. Try upping your calories each day by 100 and see how it goes from there. I didn't check your food diary, but what kinds of foods are you eating? That my be another avenue to investiage.
  • Search Plateas in the message boards. There is great information out there. One thought that you might stumble on is increasing your calories by 100 or so a day and see what happens. It seems you are working it really hard and potentially not feeding it enough.
  • What an awesome set of pictures! You look absolutely beatiful. Look at what all that hard work and calorie counting produced. Be proud of all your hard work!
  • Won't give it up. Did manage to cut out all of the Pepsi products though (except for special occasions).
  • Do you give yourself any days off? Maybe if you had one or two days a week that you rested, you could look forward to those days and that would be motivating enough to get up on the days that you don't. I've gone through periods of time where it's hard to get up and get moving. I'm not a huge fan of waking up early to get…
  • If you are unsure about the information received here, google it or type search in the message boards section here. You can certainly ask around, but once you dig in and do the reading, I think you'll feel more comfortable with where you want to be. There is no limit to the amount of information available out there.
  • I have a fitbit. Purchased it after starting my journey here. I like it because it synchronizes here with MFP, however, there is are great features on the Fitbit site as well that I probably don't fully utilize. I love my fitbit and it has definitely helped me in terms of moving more.
  • Have been seriously considering this. Have never been a runner but am always up for a challenge and a new way to get to my goal weight.
  • WOW and AMAZING! That is so awesome and be proud of what you have accomplished! I know how hard you work, how often you spur the rest of us on and your overall dedication to the process. Great job!
  • I haven't had any issues. Do you think you might have turned or twisted one ankle? All I can hear is Jillian's voice saying don't do it this way because we don't need any injuries :noway:
  • AWESOME! Great job and enjoy your success!
  • I'm on every day and have been doing this weight loss thing for some time now. Feel free to add me.
  • Feel free to add me. I could always use more humor. Been at this weight loss thing for about 7 months now. Started with the 4 hour body by Tim Ferriss (low carbs, high protein) and stalled for about 8 weeks after quickly losing 25 lbs. The weight is coming off much slower now and I'm working my way into cardio or other…
  • Day 1 complete -- wasn't able to complete all of the cardio -- she kicked my butt today! Tomorrow is another day and right back at it. I will not let Jillian win!
  • Great job and wonderful inspiration. I just told my husband last night that I want abs like that! Enjoy your success!
  • I cook a whole box of turkey burgers at a time and then pull them out of the refrigerator throughout the week. Also steak, pork chops, almonds and protein shakes.
