Oh Mary -- my heart hurts for you. Don't give up faith and please don't beat yourself up over the eating. It happens to all of us at one time or another and the best thing to take away from all of this, is that you understand how the situation impacted your eating. Recognition in these situations is everything. I'm…

If there is still room, I'd love to join.

I found one at Sam's club -- 160 cals, 30g of protein and it comes in chocolate and vanilla. I've never had the vanilla ones, but the chocolate have a taste that is ok. Company is Premier Nutrition -- think they have a website.

This cracked me up and encouraged me to add a few of my own: 1. I lost a really great friend here on MFP and I don't know why. I sent a friend request back to them but they never responded. This has annoyed me because this person provided tons of support and I supported them back. I honestly don't know what happened. 2. I…

I think I've gotten everyone who hasn't already sent me a request. Thanks.
-
Definitely makes a difference. I usually weigh before and after -- just so I understand how the weight fluctuates.
-
Maybe they unfriended you because you are country-fied.....just saying....

I think I've added everyone who didn't send me a friend request. Thanks to everyone so far. I just deleted a few older friends who haven't logged in for weeks.

I've unfriended people who don't respond to anything I do after a period of time. I understand we are all busy so I don't get all up tight if people come and go from time to time. I was thinking recently that I should clean out my friends list. I have quite a few people that don't log in regularly and honestly only a few…

So amazing! Congratulations on the fruits of your hard work.

Life some times gets in the way which makes our journey that much more difficult. Awesome that you are so determined. Remember to lean on your friends (sounds like you have AWESOME friends!) and lean on those you trust here on MFP. There is strength in numbers and don't forget to reach out and get the support you need.…

I didn't take a look at your meals or activity, but depending on level of activity, you may need to increase your calories a bit. It may sound counterintuitive, however, MFP sets many peoples calories at 1200. So much depends on your resting metabolic rate, level of activity and so many other things. Click the search…

There is a ton of great information on this site. Click on search in the message boards and type in plateau. Read it all and remember what works for one person, may or may not work for you. Try what you think you can sustain and if that doesn't work (it might take a few weeks for your body to adjust), try something new.…

Congratulations and job well done! Celebrate your success! You look great -- and the support on this site is amazing!

I didn't look at your food diary, however, try bumping up your calories by about 100. I know it seems counter intuitive, but after reading all the forums on here, I've tried several options. Sometimes our bodies get used to what we are doing and they need to be shaken up a bit. I've aldo tried calorie zig zagging or…

I'd like to join. My starting weight for this challenge is 222 lbs (down about 42 lbs from where I orginally started this journey). What I will bring is: - I log in every day and provide good support to my active MFP friends - After maintaining for the summer, I could use a kick start to get moving again. - I could use a…

I know it may seem counterintuitive but try upping your calories by 100 or so for a week and see what happens. Sometimes our bodies get stuck and we need to swtich it up some. Another suggestion, go to the search in the message boards here and search for plateau. Lots of information out there from others who've been…

I agree with the posters who encouraged upping the calories. There is a lot of great information on this site about plateaus. When you are in the message boards, click on the search button and type plateau. It's sifting through all the information. I would try upping calories and making sure you are drinking plenty of…

Click the search button here in the message boards and type plateau. There is already a lot of great information out there.

My best advice for you is parts and pieces of all of the above. - First, what works for one person, doesn't always work for the next. You need to find what works for you and what you can stick with. This is the most important. If a plan is too hard to stick with for the rest of your life, then find something else. -…

Have you tried upping your calories even by 100 and seeing what that does? With that amount of exercise, I wonder if you need some additional nutrition to fuel your burn?
-
Upped my calories, zig zagged my calories (cycled them) and switched up my workouts. Also tried eating well for 6 days and then having a cheat day. They've all worked for me.
-
Feel free to add me. Been on here about 7 months and losing weight for almost a year now. Have lost about 40 with more to go. Can always use more friends that are supportive.
-
How amazing and inspirational! Great job and thanks so much for sharing your journey! I think that you have offered to help others is just so awesome!

WOW -- an amazing amount of work, time and energy put into this. Thanks for putting it out there and allowing the rest of us to benefit from this. I was easily able to download the file and save it. Can't wait to poke around in it and see what it means for me. Thanks again!

I love my fitbit. Feel free to add me.

I haven't read the entire thread of comments, but this would be great. Count me in.

Protein drink for breakfast. Green peppers and turkey burgers.

Dear MFP Friend -- up that water intake. My guess is some of that weight is just water from eating poorly and not focusing on healthy eating. Next, don't beat up on yourself. I know how hard you've worked to get to this point. You can do it again -- just keep being active and eating well. I do find that when I log…

Great picture and congratulations on the loss.
