i eat 1-3 bananas a day. I am not fat. Lies. haha but I do like the low carb/paleo idea of this and completely agree. I am training for a half so I need to have lots of carbs for now ;)

I always walk for as long as it takes to get my running app up and started :P so about 1 minute.. Sometimes if it's a hard day to get started, i will walk a little longer ;)

haha 15 lbs. is just an example :P I started lifting when I was 92 pounds to try and gain some weight. I started curling with 5 lbs. yah i know, I was the weakest person on earth. haha I am up to 20, bicep curling wise. edit: 1.5 years includes the 3 times I have been injured

I agree with this. I am pretty weak to others standards, yet I think the number pounds I use are pretty heavy :P I know some people laugh when I drop 15 lbs. to the ground, but that is just as hard to me as 50 lbs. is to the next person. According to that website I am untrained or novice and I have been lifting for 1 1/2…

I add them do eat more than usual, but since I burn 300-600 from exercise, i typically don't eat it all back. I leave 100-200 calories just in case I ate more than I thought I did or something. I always eat 2000+

I can run a 15k in 1:10, a 10K in 52 minutes and a 5k in 24:49. That is why I want to do it in under 2:00 hours. Edit: I am not going to FORCE myself to do under 2:00. That is a time goal I would really like accomplish, but during training, if I realize that that is going to be too much, then I won't care about my time.

I usually eat 4 solid meals and one snack. I eat whenever I want to.. I used to do a time limit, but I found myself constantly thinking about food, so I stopped that

Breakfast- IHOP buttermilk pancakes Snack- Cinnabon Lunch- Bean and cheese burrito Snack- Peanut butter mood Dinner- In n out burger, milkshake, and fries Dessert- Ice cream Just so Everyone knows... I have NEVER done this! haha. If the calories didn't count, i soooo would!
